Solar System done & dusted.
EMSO Stage 1 (Completed)
Even though this won't be as high as the Solar System, as you can see, the scale & detail is much better - hurry up March 2010

Thanks for the continued interest, it makes it worthwhile to continue posting it every month.
Just been wondering what will they come up with next year & will it be worthwhile?

Have been a bit worried for the past few days. Contacted all companies concerned & passed on new address. EMSO was 10 days late & hoped that it didn't go to old address. Got a BIG surprise this morning. Originally thought that the pedestal for the EMSO woul be similar to the Solar System one. Boy, was I wrong. Due to the size of the package, only 2 issues instead of 4 were delivered & on querying this, was told that I should receive the other 2 issues shortly. I can understand why. This is going to be BIG. The weight alone of the plate is probably the weight of the whole Solar System pedestal. Can't build it yet as I have to wait for the 2nd side & bottom plate. Can't wait to see it with it's legs attached. Drum Plate Drum Side

A finely tuned balancing act. Sorry about all the clutter, still have some organising to do.... Should receive the 2nd drum side & bottom either tomorrow or Monday according to the distributors.

Pedestal sides complete Sorry about all the clutter. It'll be some time to clear as still trying to sort out storage areas.
