For June I picked some of the teams big projects that can use a little boost:

I'm already crunching WCG for a moment now along with Enigma, so I'd rather crunch either ABC or Cosmology for next month. We'll see, the voting is pretty close.

WCG has the Christmas Challenge in December, so maybe we should wait some months to make it POTM.

- With WCG, difficult to get a higher Rank (Canada is 17th)
- On ABC, Canada is 20th, with 4m points, it is possible to reach the 16th position. And the RAC of the others team is quite similar to Canada.
- QMC, Canada has a higher RAC than the 10 next Team (Canada is 16th.) With 4m points, it is possible to reach the 12th position. And Canada will continue to get a better rank on this project.
- Cosmology, Canada is ranked 19th with 9m points. The 10th, Ars Technica, got 13m points. Almost every team produce less than 12k/day. But, I heard that the WU Cosmology can take very high memory (Around 1Gb per WU !!!)

I've been watching Cosmology on the cores that I'm running and you are right - I'm finding that the work units are using up to 10X the amount of resources that SETI uses -- I'm thinking that maybe I will run ABC instead -- :oops2: can I change my vote????

ABC it seems to be, then.

That's a fun project and Canada is doing well over there. Credits are good too and WUs are not too big.

We do the math

All we can do is take note that you wish to change your vote and determine the project at the end of the month, there is no way to change the pole that I'm aware of.

now if I was really half as bright as I pretend to be, I would have remembered that I hadn't voted yet (must be some sort of post-liberal-election hangover still) - so now I have - and I went for ABC - seems like a good project.
Thanks Grizz

Been getting no work from ABC for 36 hrs, so switched to Beta & getting "shared memory error", so switched to Cosmo, & getting "No Work Sent". So switched to WCG.

Lucky  Still getting no work my end, it has been mentioned to me that it could be long term debt.

Sorry for not power crunching on ABC this month. I'm aiming to have Ramsey be my 1st project to hit a million (to give Nick continuing encouragement to continue with the project as he's been having problems - At the moment, Ramsey is dead in the water due to current algorithm being too weak).

My vote for July went to Genetic.
