I can't really suggest any improvements on the graphics bit you might consider changing the wording slightly.

Temporarily, for the season, "Ho Ho Ho, Canada!"
For the longer term "Eh Canada" or perhaps "Canada Eh"
If you are feeling lonesome "Canada Ho"
For 17 March, "O'Canada"
As an intimidation "Oh Oh, Canada!"
I'm sure there are other creations along similar lines.

THATS A PRETTY FAIR SUGGESTION. SOME GOOD IDEAS COME TO MIND FROM THOSE.
IT IS COMING INTO THAT SEASON AGAIN.
ITS SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE PLAYING WITH THOSE GRAPHICS PROGRAMS.
