I've never understood how certain sellers on ebay can sell at such low prices!
http://cgi.ebay.ca/New-Samsung-22-220WM ... dZViewItem

Is there a catch I don't know about? Even the shipping from the States is only about $40?! I've never bought one of these ultra cheapie sales but have purchased other things (at more regular prices) and been very pleased with quality and shipping time.

Can anyone educate me?

Hi guys, sorry about the delay.
ImagePersonal Work Area.
ImageLibrary & Printers(Laser & Inkjet).
ImageAMD X2 3800 Workstation
ImageAMD X2 4200 WHS Server.
ImageAMD 3700 & Andrea.
ImageWork Area.

Sorry about the quality of the photos, the screen died on my camera so used my mobile. Andrea kept shaking on taking my photo - you don't want to see the results - I look like something out od a Boris Karloff movie.

Edit - Updated photos. Work Area in a mess at the moment & the lounge is in renovating mode.

Thanks for the compliment Kitin.

However, I've run out of tissues!!!! JPLiz' setup is a lot better than mine - I just adore that workarea.

Hope everyone had a joyous & safe christmas.

All the very best to the team for 2008

I know it's almost a month old, but NCIX' price is very close: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php? ... re=Samsung Even so, I'd probably buy from a box store for free and easy dead pixel protection -- you can return the darn thing for the price of gas!

One of the few things Future Shop competes on well are monitors. This one has even better specs for a better price. http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/prodde ... &langid=EN If you are in the market for monitors, watch them.

Wow, that's some price. Is it a complete system? i.e, Base, Monitor, KB & Mouse?

Nice. I see you've got the same problem as I have. Where to hide all the cables. Should be getting a new camera within the next month, so I'll retake all my photos, hopefuly to include the new quad (workarea will be different as all those got sold, just have 1 on test at the moment - attached to a project of course!).

Organize those cables and wires folks! lol

Looms - http://cableorganizer.com/wire-loom/

Covers/Ramps - http://cableorganizer.com/cord-covers/

Wraps/Clips - http://cableorganizer.com/cableties-wrap-clips/

I suppose there are many Wireless options as well but there is something ...... comforting in the security of wired I think.

Switched over our phones from Bell to Rogers (my ISP) and made nice with the tech they
sent over. Bottle of water for him and a gingerbread man for his daughter (I had extra from
Xmas) and whatever he did (didn't go anywhere near my puter) I have a wicked fast
connection now! lol

Be nice to techs and remember to tip the garbageman! :yay:

Make sure you hide the wires or Pawly will be unhappy. :)

Hey Guys,
Just thought I'd share some pics of my basement server. I've set it up to be a in cupboard in the basement furnace room. A great set up for me because it allows me to wire it up to the office and keep it out of sight. It's a linux server that hosts my website, ftp, file server, and print server.
Cheers
