Hi all,

There is a 24 hour Primegrid challenge beginning on July 21th. See the following post:

http://www.primegrid.com/forum_thread.p ... true#16723

This challenge crunches AP26 WUs...which yield a nice credit/time ratio and are easier on the CPU than the intense LLR WUs. There is also a significant advantage to crunching these with a 64 bit computer.

Anyway, hope to see some of ya over there! Lookin to do some damage with the new i7;)

Cheers!
Alan

there we go:)

Anyway, a little bit more than a day left before the challenge begins. Good luck all!

Cheers!

I'll crunch with my main CPU for this challenge! Thanks for the heads up!

AP26 provides great credits, I usually crunch these when I'm on PrimeGrid.

By the way, I moved recently and I got stuck 21 days without any Internet connection at home. That was hard! I didn't configured the PS3 to run Boinc yet, but I see PrimeGrid has developed an AP26 app for the PS3, I'll try giving it a try for some time tonight.

Unfortunately, I won't let the PS3 run 24/7, but still... I'll try to make it crunch in that short challenge.
