Hi! Since the last upgrade, some off my w/u's freezes at 95% and it takes 1 to 2 hours to finish.
Do you know what is happening?

HHHMMMM??? A couple of questions for you. Are the WU's finishing or stopping at 90%? Have you recieved any error messages in the "Messages" tab?

In the mean time, I will have a look at the Number Crunching board over at Rosetta.

Yes they are finishing. No errour messages. The one i'm doing is at 5:15h and only at 96% done. It's still going. Not all the units are doing it just a few off them.

Hi Jean-Paul,

I checked a couple of your long running results and noticed that they created only one decoy (model). I've had the same thing happen recently.

Some of the WU's being run are very complex and will take a long time to complete. Rosetta will always complete one model regardless of the time limit you have set for it. The "percentage complete" is not accurate in these cases.
