I've been getting work there for a while (CPU only). If it's still not working after changing your preferences, try detatching and reattaching as they did have server problems a while ago.

A word of caution to anyone joining Milky Way for the first time: if you are using BOINC 6.6.36 or higher, Milky Way will fetch one task, then always refuse to get anymore unless it is the only task under BOINC. Found this out the hard way, and found the solution on the Milky Way Forum. I rolled back to BOINC 6.4.7, and got loads of WUs right away.

Seems to be pretty good credit per hour when you use the optimized ap, even better than SETI optimized. That's without CUDA.

MW server was down over the weekend. Also, got net open to project but getting no tasks whatsoever. Just keeps informing me that "can't use NVidia GPU app for MW". What no CPU tasks?

There was a shortage of all tasks over the weekend, but I've downloaded about 20 CPU jobs so far today.

Wre you getting CPU jobs before? Check my post above about trouble with BOINC 6.6.36 and MilkyWay.

WELL MY OLD DELL IS GOING OFFLINE SORT OF.
I AM SIGNING MY GRANDSON UP FOR A BOINC ACCOUNT AND DEDICATING THIS DELL TO HIS ACCOUNT UNTIL HE IS OLD ENOUGH TO MANAGE IT HIMSELF. OF COURSE HE WILL BE A MEMBER OF TEAM CANADA. SCREEN NAME " PHINXjr " AFTER HIS FATHER'S SCREEN NAME UNTIL HE CHOOSES A SCREEN NAME OF HIS OWN.
HIS ACCOUNT WILL RUN POTM AND SETI ONLY
NOW I JUST HAVE TO GET HIS FATHER INTO IT.

THANKS FOR THE IDEA PAWLY
