Looks like you've got half the teams credits yourself! I'll keep crunching it on one of my rigs until I hit 100K...

And you're already the UotD on Oct 1st JPLiz!

Congratulations!

And yeah, I like this project pretty much. Nice to see new members contributing to the team total as well!Looks like Sirius will be team leader in no time at this pace! And it's only a small part of his farm :hypno:

Don't think so  for one, they have a significant gap between issues of wu's & 2, looking forward to getting reorganised here (Andrea has the lounge to herself for her tv & music - except when we have visitors & I have the 2nd bedroom as my computer room/study - NO customers allowed), & once done, will be really hitting the PotM's

Oh really... I crunched it for more than a month without recruiting here because I wanted to make sure they won't run out of WUs... I thought they had plenty of work.

I'll switch to the PotM if ViP runs out of work...

That being said... if you found that in the Server status page, under <Results ready to send>, it seems that the number is always around 1000. It goes down a little, then comes back to 1000 or so. I doubt it has anything to do with the real number of WUs available to crunch in the project.

While I agree that this is a valid project (I have a BIL who works for the ministry here in Ontario and is very involved with this) - I find that the project itself is very memory intensive - akin to running cosmology - you need a fast newer machine with lots of ram or your system tends to bog down!
Going to keep this one running on one rig for now tho.

Haven't got any work from them for a few days now and server status (http://vcsc.cs.uh.edu/virtual-prairie/server_status.php) shows no work. Looks like we may be in a bit of downtime here...

That was a quick return on the good track, I hope it doesn't go out of work again soon.

I crunched a couple days of WCG's HFCC to keep my cpu's busy meanwhile.

Just to let you know that Virtual-Prairie has new work available.

We're over 600K credits, soon enough we'll reach the million! Be there!

I already have a few running - thought it was a worthwhile project right from the start! Thanks for the update LePanda!
