We will run one of our weak projects for this month. If you see any problem with a project please post or mail me and I'll swap it for a backup if it needs to be:

Quake Catcher network, isn't that only for laptops fully equipped with a gadget I can't remember?

That would explain why virtually nobody runs it. We can't.

Collatz has good credits (especially thier GPU app), but has had server issues recently.

NFS has really high RAM requirements (I've seen work units use 1.5 GB), but decent credit

Quake Catcher requires special hardware to run ("Currently only certain Mac (OS X) PPC and Intel laptops are supported -- recent ones which have a built-in accelerometer") so it may not be the best choice.

Haven't run RCN in a long while, but the admin is good and there was always lots of work...

Really? I've been running NFS for the last couple of months without any real outages of work (that I've noticed anyway...). Collatz, on the other hand, has had some server issues lately...not sure what the current status is though as I've stopped crunching the project.

It is not worthy to add CPU on Collatz...The GPU app (ATI and Nvidia) is far better than CPU. Then, CPU can be much more helpful on other projects.

QCN is not possible for a POTM (It is non intensive CPU, and you need an accelerometer)

So I suggest you RCN or NFS.

I had a good RAC when I've tried NFS on my Linux. The credits are quite good actually, but, yeah, you need a large amount of RAM (500mb/core at least)
RCN is also a good choice.

Beside the PotM, there's the WCG Christmas Race (Canada is the champion for last year's) and the team is yet to subscribe to the challenge. I sure hope we'll be participating again.

P.S.: Wow, nice layout!!!
Edit: lol you're testing some things, pretty funny to see the board change every time I click!

Can never do enough folding for the sake of future cures so POEM easy choice for me.

Personally I don't care about credits,so your welcome to whatever lil I generate. for me its all about being Canadian(AQUA,HelpConquerCancer) &/or contributing to important research for cancer cures & other diseases &/or other major research projects that will change our future hopefully for the better ASAP!. :-)

Go Canada!

*Checks the standings for the last couple of PotM*

Something must definitively be about to go horribly wrong... Murphy's law and all that :P
