There are lots of worthwhile projects out there SplatRat! My personal Favourite is malariacontrol but that's my opinion. Have a look around the sites and see what kind of cutting edge research is going on! Mathematics and Life Sciences are really benefitting from BOINC!

Jeepers, I can't believe how many different BOINC projects there are, Pawly :shock:

Malaria control? That sounds very worhwhile. I saw a documentary on CBC a while back that said many millions of people are still being devestated by malaria - so any effort to try to control or eliminate Malaria is awesome ! I wonder how many projects my PC can handle tho. My PC is still processing almost no seti stuff anymore. Oh well, I figure eventually everything will sort itself out eh :)

PS I'm all set for the big game tomorrow - I can hardly wait - grrrrr, let me at those ducks LOL :twisted: :twisted:

Well thats done,

Just jumped ship in favor of the Canadian team consolidation, traded in my old Canadian team memberships (complimentary Tuque and hockey stick included) for those in the Canada Quick sign up links for BOINC projects sticky here.

Now i feel like a Pirate of the Canadians, yarr.. eh!
