I happened to be in Victoria, BC on business on November 11th and went out to the ceremony being held there. It has been a long time since I have been at a ceremony that there is an actual military base in that city. It was a very moving experience to see all those young, old and in-between aged military people there. People seem to think our vets are old, but believe it or not there are lots of young ones now as well.

I'm sorry I should have posted them earlier but I just haven't been feeling myself lately.

I took these pics on the night /morning of the 8th or 9th I believe. I was coming from a friends place in Newmarket and passing through Aurora. It was about 2 am and I stopped the car to take some quick pics with my phone. The quality isn't the best but you'll get the idea. The cadets were standing watch at the Aurora War Memorial. The path lined with candles and wreaths at the memorial itself. It was truly a sight and made me really feel proud.
