Pawly has suggested that the loser of the bet should have to use an edited avatar. If you win, my reaper wears a Sens hat for two weeks. If I win ( which I will ) your rat gets to wear a Red Wings hat for those two weeks.

Sounds good to me. What do you think??

If both of you are in agreement then here are the Ground Rules

1: If both teams face each other in the Final, perfect! No problem. There will be a decisive winner.

2: If only one team makes it to the final (And Wins the Championship) they will be declared the winner.

3: If neither team makes it to the Finals, You both shake hands and come back next year!

4: No punching, kicking, eye gauging or biting.

5: Have fun but play nice!!

I only saw the OT periods because I was watching a program on the Discovery Channel. But I was glad I tuned in for the rest of the game.

Tonight, Game 2 Red Wings vs Ducks. GO WINGS!!!!!!

I was working throughout the entire game last night (and well into this morning too). Had the manager running back to keep us updated on the score. Those OT periods must've been real nail-biters.

Constant up and down the ice action. Lots of hitting.

I think you're right about that Knightmare - it's too bad cuz I really was looking forward to the idea of the Sens vs the Wings. I think Buffalo's goalie was really awesome tonight

Well...the Wings/Ducks series is 1-1

Best thing I can think of for this particular scenario is the Sens beating Buffalo easily in 4 games, then having LOTS of time off while the Wings take out the Ducks. That way the Wings can take Game 1 of the Finals because the Sens would be rusty.....lol

Well it seems that in a year ending in a 7 only a Canadian team or Detroit have taken the cup. So to make sure that stat stays, Ottawa has to move on, in which case it doesn't really matter who we face... these guys are going ALL THE WAY!

That being said, poor Miller... he sort of blew that play to allow the goal, but with that one exception he was, hands down, the best Sabre on the ice.

Yup, Ryan Miller really deserves high praise for sure and deserved to be honoured last night ! And now our home teami is only 1 measly game away from the Stanley Cup finals - Go Sens Go ! I will admit that last nights game was very close and the Sabres didn't make it easy - despite our team having several Power Plays. But ... the main thing is .... we WON !!! :D

Neidermayer got a Game Misconduct, and Pronger is likely to be suspended for the next game for the hit he put on Tomas Holmstrom.

Hopefully Hasek can keep up the pace he has been at for a few more games.
