At the end of June, the CEP phase2 has begun. Until end of July, only a Linux version is available; Windows and Mac will follow afterwards.

I just looked at Canada's stats and only 35 results were sent as of July 14... Not much!

That's when the little voice in my head ordered me to FINALLY try Linux on one of my machines in order to run this project. Ubuntu V10.04 AMD64 was installed and pretty much everything went well, so a second machine is being prepared as of NOW.

The project in itself is a bit different from the others as you need to download 160mb of stuff to start the project in BOINC. Also it needs much more memory and hard drive space. My two machines are Core2 duos with 2 and 4 Gb memory; running smooth!

As a side effect, I'm quickly learning how sweet is Linux, very cool O.S.

It'll get more results when the other OS are supported, im sure.

Was kinda miffed when i saw it was Linux only last i checked WCG.
Doesnt matter, still have it checked for work when it starts up
