So since TMRL is dead and gone I have eliminated the_shep as a participant in this section. He has never mailed a word to either myself or Grizz so I don't think he will care.

Also (if it ok with you BB) I'd like to make Buffalo Bill a Forum wide Moderator, no major duties. Just delete spammers and maybe move a post to the proper area. Let me know.

And I would like to here everyone's thoughts on promoting one or two of our teammates to moderator status. Zappdog has already expressed an interest in being the official "Welcomer to the Forum and Team". He has sent me a version of a welcome letter for approval. I will edit it and post it in this section for all your changes and approvals.

Reasoning here is that as this forum grows it gets busier and truth be told my online responsibilities are getting more demanding (Hopefully life at SETI will calm down and the mail will ease up, but I doubt it. I'd hate to quit.), I think a few people who are able and authorized to "keep the joint tidy" would be a good idea.

I hope that Ripcat and Ken King will be able to stop by more frequently but we all know how busy life gets. Frank (Dave) Encruncher is away for a few weeks and Edward Ross ..... well atleast he reads his mail, that I know! lol

Sounds good to me, they are major contributors to the forum. Besides it's a good way to make sure they never leave the team.

Edit: after looking at the members list I think that the following 2 could also be added:

Flight - I know he is founder of another team but he visits every day almost and he moderates on the team founders and activists forum so he has the experience.
JPLiz - also a very active participant in the forum.

I never did move on this.

I think JPLiz and User312 would be great additions to the moderator group. I will send a couple PM's now.
